This week's questions:
1. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A singer :)
2. What was your favorite way to kill time as a kid?
READING. When I was in like grade school, I would go check out like 15 books (usually Sweet Valley, Babysitters Club, or Fear Street) from the library and read them all in less than 2 weeks. When we went on vacation, I used to bring them into restaurants to read while we waited for our food. Or I tried at least, my dad wasn't too fond of that.
3. When did you get your first cell phone?
2001, my 18th birthday. Cell phones were just becoming popular then, but even if I would've been born later I don't think my parents would've let me have one until at least 16, or until I could pay the bill myself.
4. What is your favorite magazine to read?
Inside Gymnastics, for obvious reasons.
5. What is one random object people would be surprised to find in your purse?
Probably my EC planner. It's a little big for my purse, but I carry that thing with me at all times.
Next Weeks Questions:
1. What is something you’ve always wanted to do but are afraid of?
2. Where do you see yourself in five years?
3. What are you looking forward to before the end of 2013?
4. What are your hopes for your blog?
5. Do you always see yourself living in your current town/city?
6. What is your morning routine?
YES Babysitter's Club!!!! I was all about that. Thanks for takin' me back! :)
ReplyDeleteI love them! I actually ordered a big lot of them off Ebay a few months ago in hopes that I will have a daughter or a niece to pass them onto someday. I was obsessed with them/Sweet Valley.
DeleteOh my gosh, I completely forgot how obsessed I was over the Babysitter's Club books!!
ReplyDeleteMe too! They were the best! First I read the Karen ones (the Little Sister ones) and I remember how cool I felt when I started reading the older ones when they're older :) AAH, childhood.
DeleteI completely forgot about Babysitters Club! That was one of my faves, along with R. L. Stine!
ReplyDeleteLOVED R.L. Stine!! When I was younger I read the Goosebumps series and then eventually graduated to Fear Street ones. I loved the Fear Street series so much.
DeleteI used to go to the library and check out a TON of books too! I was a huge fan of American Girl and would grab three or four at a time. :)
