I've never lost 2 pounds in one week before but I'm figuring it is probably because I began seriously exercising this week. I began a Couch to 5K program via an app on my iPhone, and I'm totally loving it. I can't believe I'm down 13 pounds now, in a little over 2 months. I've definitely had my struggles along the way, but I definitely now believe that I've successfully made this a lifestyle change.
Can't wait for more good results in the future!
